Dear Customers,

Due to GameSir Business Strategy reorientation, businesses related to VX Series products (VX/VX2 AimSwitch, VX/VX2 AimBox) will be taken by a new brand—LeadJoy. For customers who have bought VX Series products from GameSir, we still offer support. For customers who buy VX Series products from LeadJoy, please contact LeadJoy customer service, Email: Support@LeadJoy.top , Website: www.leadjoy.top

Meanwhile, the latest GameSir App won’t include any VX Series products. If you want to still use GameSir App to customize settings,

For Android users of VX series products, 2 ways as below:

  • When using GameSir App above 4.2.6 Android version, turn on phone’s Bluetooth, search for VX Series products and pair in Bluetooth list. After successful pair, you can directly go to GameSir App and set VX Series products.
  • Download GameSir App 4.2.6 Version and use it as normal.

 

For iPhone users of VX series products, you can do as below:

  • When connecting to VX/VX2 AimBox, turn on phone’s Bluetooth, go to GameSir App, wait for a moment and will connect automatically.
  • When connected to VX/VX2 AimSwitch, 

a. Turn on phone’s Bluetooth, go to GameSir App, wait for a moment and will connect automatically.

b. Turn on phone’s Bluetooth, search for VX Series products and pair in Bluetooth list. After successful pair, you can directly go to GameSir App and set VX Series products.

Android & iOS users can also download LeadJoy’s software—VLead App to set GameSir VX Series products.
