1. Connecting to Android
Play Android native controller games and official cooperative mobile games
- Long press A +HOME button until the gamepad turned on
- Turn on your Phone Bluetooth, search for the Gamesir-X2 gamepad, click and Pair
- When connecting next time, long press the home key to turn on the Gamepad, and the Gamepad will connect automatically.
Note: If the controller switches to other modes, you need to turn off the controller and then use the key combination to pair with the Android phone, turn on the Bluetooth of the phone, search for the GameSir-X2 game controller, click and pair.
If the Android phone ignores/cancel the Gamepad Bluetooth pairing or connects to a new Android phone, you need to press and hold the G + S button for 5 seconds, the gamepad will re-pair with the Android phone after automatic restart, turn on the phone Bluetooth, and search for GameSir -X2 gamepad, click and pair.
2. Connecting to iPhone
Play Apple arcade Apple subscription game, MFI Apple official gamepad and official partnership mobile game
- Long press B +HOME button until the gamepad is turned on
- Turn on your phone Bluetooth, search for the Xbox Wireless Controller gamepad, click and pair
- When connecting next time, long press the home key to start the machine, and the handle will connect automatically for control
Note: If the gamepad switches other modes, you need to turn off the gamepad and restart it by using the combination key to pair it with the iPhone. Turn on the Phone Bluetooth, search for the Xbox Wireless Controller gamepad, and click and pair.
If iPhone ignores/cancels Bluetooth pairing of Controller or connects with new iPhone, long press G +S button of gamepad for 5 seconds. The gamepad will be paired with iPhone again after automatic restart. Turn on Bluetooth of iPhone, search Xbox Wireless Controller, click and pair.

3. How to use G-Touch on GameSir X2 Bluetooth
3.1 iPhone G-Touch Tutorial
Note: System requirements: iOS12 or above -- iOS13.4 or below
Step 1: Download GameSir App
Download and install GameSir App from the App Store.
- Long press the G + HOME Button until the Gamepad turned on
- Turn on Bluetooth and search gamesir-x2_ G gamepad, click and pair
- Enter the GameSir world app, click on the "device" page to expand the drop-down menu in the upper left corner, select the "gamesir-x2" gamepad, and click "connect now"
- After the gamepad is connected successfully, enter the corresponding gamepad page, click the "G-Touch" icon to find the corresponding game icon, and click "Configuration" to enter the configuration interface
- In the configuration list, select "official" configuration, select the corresponding model, click "save and start" to enter the game.
Note: If the gamepad switches to other modes, you need to turn off the gamepad and then use the combined key to start it and pair it with the iPhone. Turn on the Bluetooth of the phone, search for the gamesir-x2_g gamepad, click and pair it.
If you ignore or cancel the Bluetooth pairing of gamepad or connect with a new iPhone, long press G +S button for 5 seconds. The gamepad will be repaired with the iPhone after the gamepad is automatically rebooted. Open the Bluetooth of the phone, search for Gamesir-X2_G gamepad, click and pair.

3.2 Android G-Touch Tutorial
Note: System requirements: Android system 9.0 or above
<Step 1: Download GameSir App
Download and install GameSir App from Google Play
- Long press the G + Home button until the gamepad is powered on
- Turn on the phone Bluetooth and search gamesir-x2_ G gamepad, click and pair
- Enter the GameSir world APP, click on the "Device" page to expand the drop-down menu in the upper left corner, select the "GameSir-X2" Gamepad, and click "Connect now"
- After the gamepad is successfully connected, enter the corresponding gamepad page, click "Add Game", find the corresponding game icon, and click to enter the game
- After entering the game, Find and click the hover window (the permission of the hover window should be enabled), and click "Recommended Configuration" to use the official configuration.
Note: If the gamepad switches to another mode, you need to turn off the gamepad and then use the combined key to start it up and pair it with your Android Phone. Turn on the phone Bluetooth, search for the gamesir-x2_G gamepad, click and pair it.
If you ignore or cancel the Bluetooth pairing of gamepad or connect with a new android Phone, long press G +S button for 5 seconds. The gamepad will be re-paired with the android Phone after the gamepad is automatically rebooted. Open the Bluetooth of the phone, search for Gamesir-X2_G gamepad, click and pair.

4. How to fix an X2 Bluetooth that won’t charge
- Press and hold the RESET button of X2 Bluetooth with a pin for 1-2 minutes.
- Charge the controller with a USB charge cable.
- Wait for 1-2 minutes, release the RESET button.
- The charge indicator starts blinking green. Let the controller charge for over 30 minutes.
- After charging, if the controller doesn’t shut down automatically, it can charge normally.
FAQ
1. Can I use it to play CODM, Fortnite, PUBG Mobile?
For CODM on iOS phones, you can directly play after X2 Bluetooth connected. On Android phones, please press the G+HOME buttons to turn on X2 Bluetooth and start the game from GameSir App after connected.
For Fortnite, you can directly play on both iOS & Android phones.
For PUBG Mobile on iOS & Android phones, please press the G+HOME buttons to turn on X2 Bluetooth and start the game from GameSir App after connected.
Note: PUBG Mobile is not supported for iOS 13.4 above on X2 Bluetooth.
2. What cloud gaming platforms does it support?
Xcloud, Stadia, Vortex, Parsec, Liquidsky, Shadow and so on.
3. What games does it support?
Google play games.

Yes, it does, but we don't recommend it. Because it Supports devices up to a maximum of 173 mm in length.
5. What are the differences between X2 BT and Razer Kishi controller?
Kishi has two versions, wired connection, the retail price is 99USD, X2 Bluetooth is for both Android phone and iPhone, the retail price is 59USD.
6. What are the differences between X2 BT and Samsung glap controller?
The Samsung glap controller only supports Android phones, retail price is 99USD, X2 Bluetooth is for both Android phones and iPhones, retail price is 59USD.
7. What are the differences between X2 BT and backbone controller?
The backbone controller only supports iOS, retail price is 99USD, X2 Bluetooth is for both Android phone and iPhone, retail price is 59USD.
8. Does it support Egg NS Emulator?
No, it doesn’t.
9. What are the differences between X2 BT and X2 type C?
X2 Bluetooth mobile controller is a wireless controller, supports Android phone and iPhone, the layout of ABXY buttons is the same as the Xbox controller. The X2 Type-C controller is a wired controller, supports only Android phone, the layout of ABXY buttons is the same as the Nintendo Switch.
10. How is it latency?
10 milliseconds.
11. What phones does it support? Does it support foldable phones? Does it support tablet?
It supports phones up to 173mm in length, and for G-touch mode, it supports snapdragon CPU Android phones and iOS version 13.4 and lower version Apple phones.
12. Does it support customizable key mapping?
Yes, you can use the GameSir App to customize the buttons for both iOS and Android phones. But it supports snapdragon CPU Android phones and iOS version 13.4 and lower version Apple phones.
13. Does it still use the Nintendo ABXY layout?
No, Now it's in the Xbox controller layout.
14. Does it support phone with case?
Yes, but only thin case.
15. Does it have L3 and R3 buttons?
Yes.
16. How to use headphones with it?
It doesn’t support headphones.
17. Can it be used with PC?
NO
18. How to update firmware?
Use GameSir app to update the firmware. Currently, The GameSir App in the google play store does not support firmware updates for X2. Please use the official channel to upgrade it.
