RESET
If you are unable to connect the GameSir VX AimSwitch to your device, you can try the following steps.
Step 1 Update the VX AimSwitch firmware to the latest version.
Step 2 Turn off the VX AimSwitch, then turn it on.
Step 3 Press Fn + Esc keys simultaneously to reset the VX AimSwitch.
Step 4 Try to connect the VX AimSwitch to your device.
GameSir VX AimSwitch Connection Tutorial
Please note: The upgrade is only available on windows 10 PCs.
1. How to connect GameSir VX AimSwitch to Xbox series X/S
a. Plug GameSir GM190 into the USB port of GameSir VX.
b. Switch on GameSir VX . The LED indicator light flashes in green , GameSir VX is ready to be connected.
c. Plug Agility X 2.4GHz wireless dongle into the USB port of Xbox Series X/S. The indicator lights of gaming keypad and Agility X 2.4GHz wireless dongle stay green.
d. Use TYPE-C cable to connect Xbox Series X/S controller with Agility X 2.4GHz wireless dongle. The indicator light of GameSir VX stays green.
NOTE: Please update your VX before connect it to the consoles.

1. How to connect GameSir VX AimSwitch to Xbox One / Xbox One S / Xbox One X
Step 2 Power on the VX AimSwitch and the green connection status indicator light will flash.
Step 3 Plug the Agility X 2.4GHz wireless dongle into the USB port of Xbox One / Xbox One S / Xbox One X. The green indicator light on the dongle will keep lit.
Step 4 Connect the Xbox wireless controller to the Agility X 2.4GHz wireless dongle with the Micro-USB cable. The green connection mode indicator light will keep lit. The connection is complete.
Please Note: The Xbox Elite controller is not compatible with GameSir VX AimSwitch.
2. How to connect GameSir VX AimSwitch to PS4 / PS4 Slim / PS4 Pro
Step 2 Power on the VX AimSwitch and the green connection status indicator light will flash.
Step 3 Plug the Agility X 2.4GHz wireless dongle into the USB port of PS4 / PS4 Slim / PS4 Pro. The green indicator light on the dongle will keep lit.
Step 4 Power off your PS4 DualShock 4 controller. Then connect the DualShock 4 controller to the Agility X 2.4GHz wireless dongle with the Micro-USB cable.
Step 5 Press the Esc key on the VX AimSwitch and the blue connection mode indicator light will keep lit. The connection is complete.
3. How to connect GameSir VX AimSwitch to PS3
Step 2 Power on the VX AimSwitch and the green connection status indicator light will flash.
Step 3 Plug the Agility X 2.4GHz wireless dongle into the USB port of PS3. The green indicator light on the dongle will keep lit.
Step 4 Press the Fn + Number 4 keys simultaneously on the VX AimSwitch and the light blue connection mode indicator light will keep lit. The connection is complete.
4. How to connect GameSir VX AimSwitch to Nintendo Switch
Step 2 Power on the VX AimSwitch and the green connection status indicator light will flash.
Step 3 Enable “Pro Controller Wired Communication” in “System Settings” of Nintendo Switch.
Step 4 Insert the Nintendo Switch into the dock which is connected to TV. Then plug the Agility X 2.4GHz wireless dongle into the USB port on the dock. The green indicator light on the dongle will keep lit.
Step 5 Press the Fn + Number 5 keys simultaneously on the VX AimSwitch and the red connection mode indicator light will keep lit. The connection is complete.
Step 2 Power on the VX AimSwitch and the green connection status indicator light will flash.
Step 3 Enable “Pro Controller Wired Communication” in “System Settings” of Nintendo Switch.
Step 5 Press the Fn + Number 5 keys simultaneously on the VX AimSwitch and the red connection mode indicator light will keep lit. The connection is complete.
Please Note: Type-C to USB cable is not included, please purchase it by yourself.
5. How to connect GameSir VX AimSwitch to Windows PC
Step 1 Connect the mouse to the Windows PC.
Step 2 Power on the VX AimSwitch and the green connection status indicator light will flash.
Step 3 Plug the Agility X 2.4GHz wireless dongle into the USB port of Windows PC. The green indicator light on the dongle will keep lit.
Step 4 The driver will be automatically installed on the Windows PC. The green connection status indicator light will keep lit, indicating that the connection is complete.
Wired Connection
Step 1 Connect the mouse to the Windows PC.
Step 2 Connect the VX AimSwitch to Windows PC with the Micro-USB cable.
Step 3 The driver will be automatically installed on the Windows PC. The green connection status indicator light will keep lit, indicating that the connection is complete.

Can I connect the Xbox Elite Controller ?
Third-party / unofficial Controllers are not supported.
Can I replace another mouse ?
Support replacement of other Mouse, support wired and wireless mouse.
Can I use it after I buy it ?
Yes, VX / VX2 comes with a set of default key values and supports plug and play.
But for a better game experience, it is recommended to use the official configuration parameters of the G-Crux app.
Is headset supported ?
Headphones are not supported.
Can I set the configuration for each game separately ?
Yes, it is recommended to use the official game configuration of G-Crux app. At the same time, it also supports players to customize the configuration of each game individually.
Can you play XX game ?
It supports all console platform games. For popular games, official configuration is recommended; for non popular games without official configuration, it is recommended that players make their own configuration and apply it according to their own playing habits.
Does it work like Xim ?
No, gamesir VX doesn't work like Xim. You don't need third-party software to make it work. But when you need to adjust some values to get better results, you'll need the help of G-Crux app.
Whether the third party software is needed to work together ?
It doesn't need third-party software to play plug and play, but if you want to get a better game experience, you can use G-Crux app.
Can I upgrade the firmware on MAC ？
Firmware upgrade is not supported on MAC. Currently, only windows PC are supported.
Is there a list of VX compatible games ？
You can see the official configuration we have made for popular games in G-Crux app, but for other non-popular games without configuration, players can make their own.
Is it compatible with iPad ？
Not compatible with iPad.
How to reset VX / VX2 ？
Toggle the switch button 5 times quickly.
